As a Proposal Writing Intern at IGC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the preparation, development, and submission of high-quality proposals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and compliant proposals that meet our clients' needs. Your skills in content writing, research, and organization will be crucial in driving our proposal projects forward.

Proposal Development: Assist in the writing, editing, and formatting of technical and financial proposals in response to RFPs, EOIs and other solicitations.
Research: Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information, including market data, client requirements, and competitive analysis.
Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive content that effectively communicates IGC's capabilities and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of proposal content.
Compliance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications and company standards.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of proposal content and templates for future use.
Review and Feedback: Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback to improve proposal quality.
Support Activities: Assist in other business development activities as needed, such as preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Education: Completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Strong proposal writing, content writing and editing skills; prior experience in journalism or proposal writing is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Completed a degree with a background in journalism with experience or feature writing.
